1. Log in through your server’s website
2. Click ⚙️ Preferences (on a phone click ☰ in bottom right corner, then ⚙️ Preferences)
3. Click Privacy & Reach section on the left (on a phone click ☰ in top right corner, then Privacy & Reach)
4. Scroll down to option marked "Show follows and followers on profile", and UN-tick it to hide them
5. Click "Save changes" button
