I was thinking about introducing a Politics section, but I know that moderation of it is going to be a big issue.

There will be a ruleset put in place to ensure that we won't encounter issues (Real talk: There will be issues, it is inevitable, but we'll address them as they come up)

By default, there is a light theme applied to the website.
If you prefer a dark mode, or add a splash of colour, you can change the colour scheme.

Beside Account, you will see a paintbrush , click it and choose a look.
The icon will pulsate letting you know it is being applied, and the page will refresh with the new look.

This will allow for localised topics.
It is broken down into provinces and then counties.

From the home page of https://caint.ie, you can click directly to a province, and then click into a county.
If you click on "Regional", you can see a full list of provinces and counties.

It's always good practice to look after the security of your accounts, even for discussion forums like Caint.

To enable it, go to:

• Profile >> Click the icon
• Select "Two-Factor Authentication"

If you lose your 2FA device (hardware token, mobile phone) and you cannot recover it, please email caint@caint.ie from the email address that is associated with your account and the 2FA can be removed.
