We are currently #hiring for a software developer position, and I have to read a lot of CVs and GitHub/GitLab/... profiles.It's strange what people are using LLMs for these days. Not only are many CVs obviously generated by an LLM, but so are their entire profiles...Let me tell you one thing: if you can't even create a decent CV or profile yourself, describing yourself a little, then you lack the critical originality and creativity required for software development.#GetFediHired #Rant
