@MalcolmNance I don’t know if “spying” is the right word for openly observing with permission of the government being “spied” on, but I’ll accept, “gathering intelligence”. I suppose there may be a covert aspect to their mission, but Belarus would know that was likely. Or, they should know. It’s not likely to be cloak and dagger stuff. Belarus can’t possibly be stupid enough to let them out of their sight.
