@EdwinG Phase 1 refers to the project to redo the waterproof membrane over roof of station. There have been many many project over the years. Here is an example: when they covered the space over the tracks on the orange line level to prevent suicides, it caused a huge change in ventilation when a metro came in so they had to dig new ventilation shafts. One of them is a new access from the BAnQ "pit" on the SE corner of building where you see trees come out form a level below ground. There is also an entrance from metro to BanQ done at same time,
