@korsier So, you've got nothing relevant to say, because according to Kirk himself, they are a reasonable price to pay to maintain the second amendment and therefore the right to defend one's "goddam other rights" with a gun. Well, you know what, murdering Kirk was bad too, but I guess, this part of the reasonable price to pay for the second amendment, and so on....

This is what being in denial looks like.@korsier oh, by the way, have you anything of any relevance to say about the kids who were killed in a nearby school, on the same day as Charlie Kirk? Or are they just more sad statistics of gun freedom, the price Kirk thought was worth paying (probably never thinking he'd be part of it) for the liberty to buy, carry and use a gun whenever one feels it necessary?

This is what being in denial looks like.@korsier First, the murderer is a freaking mormon, born in a republican family, fully armed and trained to use gun, and apparently, a great fan of masculinist toxic incels memes from the dark corner world of far-right gamers. He is neither a retard, nor from the left!
Second, lately, most political violences have come from the #extremeright, whether it be the 2021 attempted coup by Trump and a mob of tousands of people invading the Capitol chanting things like "Hang Mike Pience!", or murders.

Wow!Wow! I got targeted by one of these #ExtremeRightWing #libertarians they talk so much about online! And of course, he's accusing me of fueling hatred and violence against the poor, poor alpha white males presently dominating US state institutions and politics! Apparently, we are supposed to either mourn their deads or at least shut up! Yeah, these are people calling me and others #psychopath! Well, sorry #snowflake
️, but we won't! Especially, when we are the target of hatred and violence!

Charlie Kirk (2023) at TPUSA, on the SLC campus of Awaken Church: «I think it's worth to have a cost of unfortunately some gun deaths every single year so that we can have the 2nd Amendment [...]. That is a prudent deal. It is rational. Nobody talks like this. They live in a complete alternate universe.» Also Kirk on LGBTQIA+ people: « [...] people should have “just took care of” trans people “the way we used to take care of things in the 1950s and 60s.” »He died by his own idea.

Thank you to @taylorlorenz for this really insightful video about what actual #PoliticalViolence is.If you find it normal and even legitimate to cause heavy injuries to demonstrators or even kill them, simply because they are disturbing the daily routine of #capitalism and #neoliberalism or refusing to obey a police's order, or if you find it alright to mistreat or even kill so-called " #illegal " #immigrants , then, why are you shocked that people spewing #fascistic #ideologies or even participating in massive #PoliticalViolence can become the target of retaliation by mere lambda individuals?

Thank you to @taylorlorenz for this really insightful video about what actual #PoliticalViolence is.Like her, I'm sick and tired of hearing all well-known influencers and legacy media claiming that there is no place for #PoliticalViolence in #democracy , that we should all remain calm and polite at all time, including towards people like #CharlieKirk who advocated for the removal of #LGBTQI+ , #WomenRights , #CivilRights for #POC, etc., while ignoring this exact type of #violence exerted almost on a daily basis on all #minorities or even considering it legal and legitimate.

Thank you to @taylorlorenz for this really insightful video about what actual #PoliticalViolence is.Thank you to @taylorlorenz for this really insightful video about what actual #PoliticalViolence is. As she puts it, we only see it when it impacts powerful and priviledged, often well-known people, not when it is wielded against #minorities, especially when they are poor and socially vulnerable! Nobody calls the mistreatment of racialized demonstrators or immigrants political violence. It's juste considered vaguely more or less unfair violence.
