My cognition has been a lot better since I stopped eating garbage food. Mind is more clear, no foggy brain.
I used to live off candy, sodas, energy drinks, chips, frozen pizza, cereal. I cut out food dyes, BHT, TBHQ, artificial flavors, high fructose corn syrup, and industrial chemicals ingredients.
Now I eat real food. Lots of produce, no snack foods, whole milk, dairy, BHT-free cereal, fruit juice that's just concentrate and water, etc. Much more cooperative brain.

Side note: Hershey's Chocolate contains a chemical ingredient used in plant fertilizer. Explains why it tastes like cardboard and synthetic chemicals.
