@purplepadma had a good day yesterday, managed to stay up (no naps) all day. Today I feel like I've had a good night's sleep and was up earlier than usual. Got a work capability assessment later, wasn't expecting it but I've got a lot of new health problems to tell them about

@purplepadma it's sunny here, but thankfully a lot cooler. Got a phone call later from the Pulmonary Fibrosis rehab team, hopefully they can tell me when the rehab course starts and where it will be.

Good luck with your IT woes, have you tried turning it off & on again?

@chad maybe I'm missing something, and I don't know what gup.pe is supposed to be, but it still seems to be a Mastodon related site
