Based on work with several big companies and their executives, I can tell that one of the most precious skills necessary for leadership position is ability to recognize own mistakes and being ready to change the track when the direction is wrong.

If the track is wrong, the sooner you get off at the first station, the better.

Fear, pride or habits should not drive leadership. Great #leadership is not about not making any mistakes, but about noticing them and making corrections.

People will not stop following leaders if they see they are capable of admitting when something went wrong and there is a need to correct the course.

Running a #business, managing an organization, or working as a middle manager means that there will always be situations where bad decisions are made or the strategy doesn't work. In such situations, you have to adapt, make adjustments or even big corrections, and move forward.

Despite all big hype about #AI and how AI will "revolutionize" A or B and eliminate #jobs, the truth is that there are several professions and roles that AI cannot replace.

These roles include content #creators, #PR professionals, #artists and more.

Human connections and authenticity are important and will never be replaced by AI. Human's creativity cannot be outperformed by the machine.

Technology's role is to empower people. AI is not the replacement, but can serve as assistive #technology.

While social media platforms are starting taking down abortion-related and diversity-related content, such content won't be removed, if published on @Vebinet.
