I read Percival Everett's Pulitzer prize winning 2024 novel "James" a few months ago. It should be required reading for every white person in this country. It depicts the "slavers" in a way one could only comprehend via lived experiences. It is so good, I felt like I WAS James. This attitude toward their victims is identical. Buy, sell, beat, rape, lynch, shoot...They are like a different species from decent people. Like the Morlocks in H.G. Wells The Time Machine.
