️ The GDPR is under pressure.️ At the EU’s high-level dialogue, industry called for “simplification” & reforms, while, with others, we warned: don’t reopen the Regulation. The Commission’s own evaluation shows the GDPR works. What’s missing is enforcement & resources, not backsliding.
