in the (Arab) Middle East, you have two common knowledge , 1) make nice with Israel to be safe from its outreaching arm of air force, 2) pamper American military [bases, special rights, buy equipment] to keep you safe from "bad guys". these were the two arguments to push #saudi to normalise with Israel, why #sudan joined, #Morocco and others. #Israel airstrike just proved Arab "leaders" worthless. they didn't even care to assassinate #hamas leaders in a face-saving manner.

#Qatar has been (allegedly) passing information to #Israel for a long time helping eliminating leaders from #hamas and other jihadists. Qatar is in no way an enemy to Israel, one of the early Arab states to (informally) normalise relations with Israel. Israel didn't need to do an "airstrike". they could've bombed the building just they did in #tehran killing #Ismail #Haniyeh. **the airstrike IS THE MESSAGE**
