@dvandal @thomasfuchs sadly a lot of people get into the industry only because the money is good. I started programming at 9 years old, taught myself C at 16, and had my first real programming job at 18. At 44 years old, I think I’m done with the industry. It became very clear the “I’m just here to make money” “AI can do it faster” “I don’t care as long as it works” crowd are hell bent on ruining the craft, and snuffing out the very things that made programming fun.
