Help! My daughter is autistic, does well academically at school, but last year, not so well socially, and was bullied. School has isolated the bully, but other girls in her class have the same name, and when my daughter hears than name, it takes back, emotionally, to last year.
There isn’t much the school can do about this, though my daughter will be able to see a counsellor this year. Can any autists or knowledgeable people suggest any strategies that might help my daughter?
