I'm going to be honest, this is a cry for help more than anything.

Since April I have been struggling with the negativity and hostility around a major part of my identity (#trans). It's a constant, and it's mentally draining me. I don't know how long I can keep going on for with it.

How are other people coping with it? I really wish that I could put this in the back of my mind but I can't. I would welcome any advice.
