Good morning. Our visiting family has headed home already, so how I spend my day is again up to me. It’s a luxury of retirement that I never grow tired of.
Tonight we’ll attend our local high school’s first football game of the season. Our main reason is to watch our granddaughter in the marching band. It’s icing on the cake that the football team is a good one, so the game itself should be fun.
Like the band, time keeps marching on. How did she become a HS student so fast?!
