Busy day with pain in the forecast. My goal is endurance. My strategy, stay relaxed.
These things happen once in a while. When my body needs some significant maintenance.
On the scale of things, it's just the dentist. The process will be unpleasant. Like many things, the first 5 minutes will suck but after that it's just sitting still while my skull vibrates.
Getting old is not for the faint of heart.
