omfg reply from the council about my bus pass, "Thank you for applying for a concessionary bus pass.
To progress your application, please supply a photo for your bus pass and a second proof of your address?"
There is nowhere on the application that asks for the photo or 2nd proof of address and also no way to edit the application.

Sounds like you need to heat up their phone lines, and/or get your local councillor on the case.

Anyway, wishing you total success.@MattMoose I have emailed my councillors and my friend phoned them last week to chase, that's the only reason I've even had a reply to tell me why they haven't processed the application.
