Medvedev has announced that fortification lines will be built along Russia's border with Finland because Russia "can not ignore the fact that Finland is currently a member of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. This also predetermines a change in our military approach to the construction of the border and to repel possible unfriendly acts."
He also commented on yesterday's meeting of the Coalition of the Willing, calling security guarantees for Ukraine "bullsh*t":
