      @rra I am also pretty sure the engagement is much higher in the Fediverse.

      But for most brands that's a negative.
      Because you might also get negative feedback and if you are not willing to learn from it and communicate authentic it will backfire.

      So the risks are higher here. And commerce hates risks.

              @rra fediverse is excellent for actual engagement. Instagram just tricks users and creators into thinking they are engaging and being engaged with
