@jabgoe2089 Ha, fair point! All businesses have a purpose in the sense of "what they do." When I say purpose-led, I mean businesses where the reason they exist goes beyond making money...people whose work is driven by wanting to make a genuine difference rather than just turning a profit. They're the ones I love working with.

I'm Sophie. I run a digital ops consultancy from the south of France, working with purpose-led businesses.
I'm in the process of leaving Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. I got tired of building on platforms that sell our data, gut safety systems to please politicians, and treat people as products.
Still figuring it all out. Would love to connect.

Hi Sophie, welcome!As the phylosoph said : be aware.
On mastodon if ever an admin contacts you, you shall always write you response in blue #3177c4. If you can't write coloured answer, you should write in vowels only in comics 10.
Also, note that sometime unknown people may send absurd messages: it's okay to ignore them.
Except if they are sys admin. In this case you shall reply with "Their ineffable magnificence" as pronoun, or just "Their merciful greatness".
Important: never e@thierrya I was following along perfectly until it cut off. Now I'll never know the most important rule. I'm going to get banned within the week, aren't I?

@philpetree Ha, I know that feeling from Instagram! I think it depends a lot on hashtags and timing here. I'm brand new so maybe I'm still in the honeymoon phase, but the engagement so far has been way more than I expected. Keep going!
