"In Jan. 2024, there were over 771,000 homeless in the U.S. [Brian] Kilmeade’s belief that the killings should be 'involuntary' is by definition murder. Later, he apologized, of course, because he still wants to keep his job (though it’s a mystery why people who criticized Charlie Kirk after his murder lost their jobs & this man who is promoting the murder of nearly 800,000 people in an Auschwitz-like manner keeps his)."

"I don’t believe his apology is sincere. What is disturbing isn’t just his staggering suggestion, but that he felt his fame and the Fox mantle would protect him from saying whatever he believed, without giving any thought to what he was saying. Sadly, he was right."

"Jesus, dude. But Kilmeade said he was real sorry.

And he has kept his job, unlike MSNBC’s Matthew Dowd, who got fired for saying 'hateful thoughts lead to hateful words which ultimately lead to hateful actions' before he knew that Kirk was shot."

          Saying it makes it thinkable.

And Kilmeade had thought or thinks it or he wouldn't have said it.

Once again: this is a Catholic man who made a video a few years ago about the meaning of Easter with none other than Cardinal Timothy Dolan.

And this is a Catholic man who said that the pope (Francis) shouldn't bother coming to America because he has values different than the values of Americans and America Catholics.

White American Catholics have claimed for years now that voting "pro-life" (i.e., Republican) counts more than anything else in the world as they cast their votes.

One of their own, a right-wing Republican Catholic who thinks he's more Catholic than the pope and who beyond the shadow of a doubt calls himself pro-life called — out loud — for involuntary execution of mentally ill homeless people.

Where's the outrage among "pro-life" American Catholics?

Has their "pro-life" rhetoric really meant nothing at all for years now?

In fact, it has not ever been about defending a consistent ethic of life, but about control — about the desire to assert coercive control, the wish to return the culture to some mythic point in the past when women knew their place, stayed home and served men, people of color had no rights, LGBTQ people were nonexistent.
