I remember using some rust tui program a lot to get an annoying thing to work like connect to my uni’s propreitery vpn tho might have been something different.

That thing worked even on freebsd. It was very well done too just worked out the box and didn’t use much memory and so on. Simply reliable code.

So I looked at the github repo to see who made it and it was 20 people with lgbtq flag or anime or both as their pfp.

The best (Linux/FOSS) software either has a github repo where all devs have anime profile pics and 🏳️‍🌈-flags, or you found it on a random website that looks like it has last been updated in 2005.

Latter one is just my favorite graphics library that also doubles as file manager and init visualizer.

              https://eaglemode.sourceforge.net/

(Tho it looks 10 years old around 2016 instead)
