            @cell @yew @snacks if you are traveling towards a photon on course to intersecting you, yes it will be blueshifted, and so yes, non-ionizing photons can be blueshifted into ionizing ones. You don't have to go fast at all for this to happen, in fact it's happening to you right now.
            Someone much smarter than me could probably explain better or even give you a fancy formula. @dotnet im taggin you in boss.
