The South Koreans are rightfully pissed that ICE raided the Hyundai/LG factory and detained more than 300 South Koreans…who are in the US to act as a workforce for LG’s investment in US manufacturing.

Trump’s bone-headed ICE enforcement is obviously going to drive foreign investments AWAY from the US. Why would any nation invest in the US when the workforce that brings expertise are treated like criminals by armed racists? South Korea promised $150B of direct investment in US manufacturing. I’m sure they’re regretting it right now.

Which nation’s leaders in their right mind would make the *next* investment deal under these conditions?
