@LJ That sounds very similar to how I'm doing this. I'm not sure how long it would last in the fridge, though. Once I store it, I definitely don't need to touch it until I use it. Do you have a link? I'll take a look. (Although I have to admit that the last thing I need in my life right now is more bread.)

@cobalt123 There is a neat section of curved ones like those along the Columbia river southeast of here. I'm sure I've captured an image of it from my helicopter back when I used to fly. The trick would be finding that image.
