But I still don't see how it's supposed to pressure them into fighting back? Is that even the goal? What's the goal in withholding money? It's not like this was a policy they created. I mean if they came out and said "Kimmel shouldn't have said that we are going full MAGA WOO HOO!" then yeah, I'd be all "fuck them".
And keep in mind, I'm not even a huge Disney fan. I am no sycophant to corporations by any means.
I get that corporations aren’t our friend but how is punishing Disney for dumping Kimmel under political pressure supposed to help?
