Caint is operated by me, myself and I.Why?
Caint was set up as a response to the potential shutdown of an older, but popular forum, Boards.ie. I like forums and the Fediverse, so setting up a NodeBB website was a no-brainer.Where?
This website is hosted in Germany, but operated out of Ireland.When?
The site started as a new project under the old name ‘39’ but changed to 'Caint; in July 2025.How?
This is being run out of pocket for a small amount. Check the finances thread for more info.
