An ADHD story…
I spent most of my life thinking I was incapable of being a human. Until 9 months ago when I received my diagnosis.
That alone was life changing. Just knowing who and why I am. Then I got some meds. I don’t have words to describe how helpful this has been.
I’m now 2 weeks into everyone being out of my meds. I’m all over the place with no focus.
1. That reliance is scary
2. ADHD is no joke
