@Lironah A good playlist is undervalued for so many things, but with attempting to follow videos, I can't process both at the same time until I'm very comfortable with the movements and transitions.However, I did just dance with dogs while cleaning the house, and that's an A++ movement activity.(2 out of the 3 dogs in the house will absolutely dance with me, and I love it.)

(this is actually way better for me than trying to hunt down the mixed pack I originally bought. The rest of the colors didn't particularly excite me, but the green is perfection and the purple/violet one is pretty damn great too.)
