While talking to a colleague about how I recently learned most people have never sat on a crow it came up that she has never been sat on by a cat. Like, not even once during childhood.
Another colleague admitted they also have never been sat on by a cat.
My hypothesis is that most people have at one point in their life sat on by a cat.

I practically demand of cats that they sit on me, CatSalad. But, of course, demanding something from a cat is the surest way to dissuade them from giving it to you.
I've got to find a better way to be covered with nice, warm cats. -

I had a cat who would sit on my head when I was asleep. I think he was bored and wanted to wake me up.

@catsalad I have been sat on by at least 15 adult cats and an innumerable number of kittens.
I have never sat upon a crow.

A crow that big sounds like a raven.The only bird with crow in the name here is the hoodie crow (a bicolour version of the carrion crow in GB, but now regarded as a separate crow). Plenty of birds in the crow family here: rook, jackdaw, magpie, hoodie crow & maybe occasional Chough visitor (only this part of Ireland). There ravens here too, somewhere, but I've not seen them up close to be sure they are ravens.
We don't get the carrion crow,@raymaccarthy @djl @catsalad would love pics of any of these corvids if available, theyโre my favorite family of birds

@catsalad Not only have I had cats sit, lounge, or lie on top of me, one cat actually saved my life. Kitty was sleeping on my chest, when I stopped breathing. She meowed loudly in great alarm, to wake up my partner who then woke me up.
